"For our purposes, this worked great. We were riding our bikes along the empire state trail from Buffalo to New York. We stayed here two days at the beginning of the trip to prepare for the ride and then one day at the end of the trip before we went home. Clean and comfortable, seems to be a safe and quiet neighborhood, close everything we needed it to be close to. My only criticism would be that the description does not mention that it’s a second floor unit over an apartment below. "I do not recommend staying in this house. We rented it for two nights and unfortunately we couldn’t even stay the second night. We used one of the bathrooms, one time and the second bathroom one time and after using the second bathroom, the one time it clothed. Would not unclog and we had to wait until the following day for a plumber. We had to go to the gas station to use the bathroom for the first day we were there. When we were looking for a plunger to try and unclog the toilet, we noticed that there was leaking water under the bathroom sink cabinet. We had only been in the house for an hour or so this week has been prior to our visit. As soon as we pulled up to the house, the siding of the house was hanging off right in front of the front door. Safety Hazard and was an eye source as soon as we pulled up. The house was dusty and old. We ended up forfeiting our money and not staying the second night. I would suggest looking elsewhere to stay!"
