"This was our 2nd time staying this year and as always it was really nice. It is quickly becoming our home away from home when we are in Bucharest for work."

"The room was spotless, and the staff went above and beyond to help us arrange excursions, even advising us on getting a local train up to the mountains. Breakfast was amazing, especially having a chef cooking eggs fresh in front of us — it was great knowing everything was freshly prepared.
There were initially some missing towels and dressing gowns, but once we mentioned it, they were provided straight away without hesitation. The only downside was that the shampoo, body wash, and conditioner seemed watered down or of lower quality.
Overall, everything else was amazing and we had a wonderful stay."
"Reception staff noted my birthday and left cake and a card in my room- such a nice gesture. Comfortable rooms , good bar and restaurant. Friendly helpful staff and lovely spa with large pool."
