Normal room. Excellent service.
房間很普通，甚至比我們原本預期的差一些，但還算是舒適。而且櫃台小姐永遠對你笑，非常親切的為你解答任何疑問。像是第一天在機場買了ＳＩＭ卡被騙，而且還沒有幫我們把網路設定好，但是來到旅館詢問櫃台後，櫃檯小姐就幫我們把網路搞定了。第三天開始，我朋友因為吃到不乾淨的東西得到腸胃炎，一直狂上吐下瀉，櫃台小姐也是聽說之後，馬上拿了藥給我朋友吃，睡一晚之後就好了許多。而且因為朋友生病的關係，房間真的弄的很髒，但是客房服務也都幫我們整理的很乾淨，還祝我朋友早日康復。真的是間很溫馨的旅館！！

附近晚上會一群人出來 鬼吼鬼叫 也會聽到尖叫聲 最好晚上都搭計程車進去, 不然感覺危險 地點計程車司機不容易找, 所以我都跟司機說旁邊景點 (學校教堂都可以 警衛與飯店人員很熱心幫忙 白天還好 去機場計程車會大概300(不知道為啥都會喊多50塊行李費)

優點：1.鄰近速食店（肯德基、Jollibee）、烤雞店、mango square，覓食方便；2.附近的教堂可以進去逛逛；3.餐廳服務人員都笑臉迎人，且記得我們的喜好（讚）；4.飯店保全會幫忙叫計程車。缺點：1.房間空間較小；2.淋浴的蓮蓬頭水量稍弱；3.飯店附近會有流浪漢，且路燈並沒有很多，會有安全顧慮的人，建議晚上就別出門了，或是結伴同行，若是到商場逛街的，可請司機直接開車到飯店門口。

Great Choise with location, safe and great stay
St. Mark hotel was the best choice I made in my 8 days holiday. With the price and location, good WiFi, new furnished room, near to 2 SM & Alaya malls by taxi, and by walking to Robinson mall. Right next to 2 churches so good feeling of the quietness and peace, clean and safe neighborhood. Easy to find restaurants, bars, bookshop, coffee shop…. The only not good is when other room close the door, a big “BANG” would be heard. Staffs are very nice, friendly, and helpful. I would definitely come back if I stay in Cebu city again, and already recommend it to my friends!

I have to say this place had the most comfortable bed I slept in so far on my 2 weeks in the Philippines. The staff were amazing and helped me with my laundry and did other general things for me. However the Hot water wasn't available for the evening I was staying there.

Very good but two issues
Best bed I have slept ok on a 4 month south east Asia trip. Staff are excellent. Close to a kfc and other restaurants. Room is great- perfect size with balcony, clean and well appointed. I have deducted a star bc the internet basically was not working at all. The staff did try to help but nothing worked. Also the hot water is basically luke warm at best.

It’s a convenient location only 0.5 to 1 km walk from the ATM, drug stores, Ching Hua hospital and Cebu Doctor’s Hospital and many restaurants. The room is clean, large, attractive and modern. The breakfast buffet is simple but acceptably good. During the day, it’s a little noisy because of the street noise. Overall I liked it. It’s a good value and I recommend it.

It was very convenient for me--to go downtown, uptown, shopping, church, and everywhere I went. The facility, if there's something needs to be done -it's handled right away. The staff, from the receptionists, the Halo Restaurant staff, the maintenance or housekeeping crew, the management personnel, and the guards were very nice and courteous.

Was sehr gut war, da wir spät angekommen sind, konnten wir an der Rezeption Essen von einem Restaurant auswärts bestellen und bezahlen, was dann auch schnell geliefert wurde. Für kleine Einkäufe ist ein seven/eleven in der nähe. Reinigung des Zimmers könnte besser sein. Zustand der Möbelierung ausreichend. Zimmer mit Balkon (Deluxroom) unnötig, da die Aussenanlage der Klimaanlage (Warme Abluft und Lärm) dort installiert wurde und somit ein Aufenthalt unmöglich ist. Für eine Nacht ok.
