The room we stayed had a noisy airconditioning unit, and the washroom has moldy tiles. Staff are excellent, very friendly and quick to respond to our requests. Breakfast could have been better, very limited options considering its buffet.

What a lie this place is, from the 24 hour "free" airport shuttle pickup & delivery, to free breakfast advertised online that is in fact only for certain rooms. On top of that the wifi is intermittent and today--as other travelers have noted before me it turns out--the hot water often doesn't work, and true to form, no hot water today. Got the notice this morning under my door. No pool, far from the water and it's a long way to central Cebu. I won't be back here in a million years.

Nice place

I have to say this place had the most comfortable bed I slept in so far on my 2 weeks in the Philippines. The staff were amazing and helped me with my laundry and did other general things for me. However the Hot water wasn't available for the evening I was staying there.
