「What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? Oh another thing their electric stove is not working so we have a hard time cooking. But overall they are good,safe and clean.. 」

「10 out of 10 stars ! Absolutely fabulous ! We were on the 17th floor with balcony. Elevators were very fast , very convenient and close to over 30 restaurants banks are close as well . The pool was wonderful and very big , they also had two kids poolsI would say this would be a prime location. There’s no better to stay in my opinion. This is a condo unit and it had its own kitchen huge refrigerator dining area when I come back I will definitely be returning to this location.」

「I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. "The environment is nice but the PR Manager was the worst I have ever experienced throughout my extensive travel experiences in various countries. The booking staff need to level up the knowledge in water sports. If the facility is offered by the hotel, blaming on the tide for kayak is irrelevant because of misinformation. People plan ahead not find ad hoc taxi drivers for alternatives. But going outside is the same for water sports due to location and this resort is awesome for family but not solo travellers. Its a pity if they have the resource but not experienced staffs. "
