“What I like about 101 condo is they are very helpful and clean. communication with the host needs to improve a little bit. It took us a while before they saw our reservation, idk why? “I had a good stay until the last day of my trip when I had a package delivered and front desk staff were very off about the package information. Please do better, was so humiliated in the front desk asking for my package and the staff responded with ‘No package under your name came’ repeatedly with guests all around watching. All for my package to actually be stored somewhere else not in the front desk. But the room was nice and clean, quiet spot for a stay away from the chaotic city. But WiFi……

“Property is okay. Great value for what I paid for it. Tis the only 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom hotel on Expedia in Cebu City, but cost less than most 1 bedrooms. Accomdated 4 people including myself, and paid a 1 guest rate for 4 guest. So value is unbeatable. However, communication is horrible. Who ever was left in charge of this unit, doesn't reply immediately. Some of my messages, took a week to get a reply. Check-in was painful. I wasn't informed which tower or what room # was until 3 minutes……
