We booked for 6 adults and we got there there was only 1 double bed and 1 single bed plus a futton. In the description it says 1 twin bed but it wasn’t twin it was jus a single bed. We struggle where to put the rest of us.

The things I liked about the property were the overall cleanliness and appearance of the property. The grounds were well kept, including the amenities like the pool area. And, of course, the pool area was the unique part of the property for which the family enjoyed the most. However, there were numbers of features which I did not like. First and foremost, the room itself was below par, with most interior doors not being able to lock, including both bedroom doors. One room had a missing door piece that made it impossible to close and lock the door; and, the other bedroom room closed and appeared to be locked, but it was not. Secondly, the bedroom, with the TV and futon, did not have a properly working air conditioning unit and the bedding supplies for the futon. Thirdly, as an amenity, the WiFi was useless and inoperable. We were unable to use it at all. I had to spend more time and money to buy loads for the family to access the internet. Fourthly, there was not available hot water for showering. Taking cold showers are not the preferred method to maintain personal hygiene for much of the family members. If I had to rate the condition of the room itself, I would have to settle for 2.5 stars out of 5 stars. Fifthly, and, in regards to the reservation process, I did not like getting the details about the check-in and check-out processes literally at the last minute. I tried contacting the property by telephone 72 hours before arrival.

The place is safe. There's security on each building.Taxis or grab are readily available. WIFI connection is good. I didn't really get to cook 'cause the stove isn't working & don't have enough cookware etc. I didn't mind too much 'cause I'm always out or away to other island or places.The traffic is just crazy sometimes as anywhere else in big cities in the Philippines but nothing can compare to Manila.

Last minute for overnight stay

The place is a 2bedrooms/1bathroom condo in the ground floor, free parking and free internet were a plus, the unit have cable tv and kitchen stuffs if you like to cook just bring food, there's microwave, electric kettle, electric stove and fridge. The owner have snacks and water available for purchase. There's a community pool but you have to pay. Hot water shower the only cons is that the showerhead has crack, toilet lid is detached or broken and ac in the queen size bedroom makes loud noise... my solution was, I turned it off, open the other bedroom door and used electric fan to cool us down. Over all is was a pleasant stay.

Excellent Accommodation!

The place is peaceful and great for relaxation. The room was very clean and accommodating and affordable too. We only had a few problems with the parking for guests (amount of slots), and the road going to the condo is very narrow.

When we arrived there the property was cleaned until we asked security if he could get cleaners we said we would have a golf course view which we didn’t get in fact it was wrong direction and bottom floor also there was no mention when we booked that we had to pay 200 peso each person to use the pool all round the condo was a big let down

Disappointed

Make sure to check you inbox before you arrive as it has check-in instructions. It is an actual living estate and there is no one to check you in, basically all based on the honor system. The walls are thin the curtains are too. I woke at 6am with a bright room and covered my face with a t-shirt. Electricity went down twice too. The aircon was noisy. A very old one and it actually leaked on the floor. You have to pay for the pool, there are no facilities and it's not within walking distance of anything. You can find a better place to stay in my opinion for the price you pay. It does have a kitchenette but honestly, unless you're cooking, just stick with a hotel.

La cuisine ne sert à rien, car il manque les ustensiles de cuisine. La climatisation faisait un bruit épouvantable. I fallait donc choisir entre pourvoir dormir sans bruit et étouffer de chaleur. Les armoires ne sont pas nettoyées entre les locataires et il y avait des cafards dans la salle de bain. Par contre, le service est excellent et la piscine très agréable.
