"I recently had the pleasure of staying at Radisson Blu Cebu, and I must say, it’s an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The hotel is ideally located, just across SM North and a short drive to SM Seaside through the SRP. Being so close to popular tourist spots and a variety of restaurants makes it incredibly convenient, especially if you're looking to explore Cebu.
The rooms are spacious, pristine, and well-maintained, providing a perfect retreat after a busy day. You can really tell that the staff takes pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and comfort.
What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. The concierge and front desk personnel were not only professional but genuinely courteous and attentive. They made sure that all my needs were taken care of promptly, which truly enhanced my experience.

"Let me start with the good.
The view of the ocean in the distance was great.
It's not hard to see my room had not been cleaned in a long time.
I can see black mold in many areas of the bathroom.
The room had a bad smell.
Within the first 30 minutes of being in the room, we both saw three cockroaches.
One was dead under a table.
we checked in shortly after 2:00.
It was brightly lit in the room.
I knew that once it got dark many more cockroaches would appear.
We immediately packed our things and accepted that we would not be getting refund.
I wish I would have thought to take pictures.
I normally don't do reviews.
This was bad enough for me to warn others.
I know the price sounds tempting but there is a reason this place was so cheap.
I am hoping to save someone else from this experience.
