Kitchen is great, short walk to the top of a lift on the Navajo side of the mountain. Beds are comfy. Indoor garage is first-come, first-park and not too crowded. There is a short-term spot just next to the elevator which is great for arrival and departure

The Condo had some inoperable window coverings, and the queen bed was super squeaky.The place itself is a little dated, kind of reminded me of "K-Val" from the "Hot Tub Time Machine" movie. IYKYK.The indoor pool was nice, and the condo itself was well stocked.

Favorite ski trip destination

We’ve been coming to Copper Chase at Brian Head for the past 4 years for our annual group ski trip.Our family has stayed in this location twice and 2 other rooms from this same owner the two years prior to that. The rooms have always had everything we needed, communication has always been ongoing and very clear, and we have thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family and friends every year. We will be back again next year!

Dirty and no well maintained

The place was in complete disrepair. Dust and grime coated every surface, especially in the bathroom and kitchen, both of which were in desperate need of updating. The blinds in the main room hung broken, and the beds were as hard as stone, their thin, stained sheets offering no comfort. The indoor pool was a revolting mess—its murky, stagnant water reeked of chlorine. It was painfully clear that no effort had been made to maintain the property, leaving it in a state of utter neglect and decay.

Convenient apartment

The small studio comfortably fit our family of 5. The host was a great communicator. The apartment was very clean and in decent repair, though the rest of the building was dated. The pool had excess chemicals and some mold while the jacuzzi was closed for repairs. But the sauna was really nice. In general, the apartment was a great place to stay while playing at Brian Head.

Amazing Ski Trip

Great midweek getaway

Building is dated, but our condo was clean and had some upgrades. Advertised as ski in/ski out but it really wasn't. However a short drive to the lifts. We opted for the free shuttle the first day, but drove ourselves thereafter.

Awesome place for a family getaway and ski trip

Nice Studio at Brian Head

I would really only be comfortable with 4 adults in this property.But for me and two grandkids it was perfectly spacious. During our stay , the elevator was broken so it meant a lot of stairs to climb. Given that the bottom of those stairs was over nine thousand feet above sea level , that could be a challenge for someone with limited mobility. It would be a good idea to check on the status of the elevator before booking if the stairs are a concern. The studio sized condo was clean and very well equipped. The Kids loved the hot rub and indoor pool. Snow free underground parking is a plus for Winter visitors.

Excellent location!

Great experience

Cozy little place, good for a small family, close to the ski resort, Cedar Breaks National Monument. It was nice that kitchen well equipped for family needs.

The condo's kitchen was very well stocked with cutlery, dishes, cookware, and even spices. We cooked meals for most of our ski trip. Easy access to the mountain. The pool and exercise room were very nice as well. I woul definitely stay again.

Great Experience

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The fall leaves were enhanced the beauty of the surroundings. The accommodations were first class. We plan to return next year. Very helpful staff.

It was like staying at the ghost condos. Pool and hot tub not available. Property old and not updated. No one was there but us and we felt scammed by our host who knew the pool and hot tub were not available.

Everything was great. The condo building has a retro vibe. We were a little disappointed that the pool & spa were being renovated during our stay but we still enjoyed the gym and sauna. Very quiet and cozy. Highly recommended.
