Great place!

It is super easy to find, and super easy to access. You are close to anything you need, and there is plenty of space if you need a place to stay with friends. I stayed there comfortably with three friends.

Clean, comfortable, central location

My husband and son stayed here for a few nights and said it was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities they needed. They mentioned that, as it’s a basement apartment of a family home, you do hear a lot of little feet. But because the owner had listed that fact, they were prepared for it and didn’t mind. Check in was easy and straightforward. They appreciated the location and it worked great for their needs.

Fourth of July in Cedar

The place was great for our needs. Clean and very well priced. We stayed most of the day at our families home but the night was spent here.

Excellent Stay!

We had a wonderful experience staying here! The basement apartment was the perfect fit for our family with room for everyone. Our kids even got some energy out in the backyard during our stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Cedar City.

Wonderful Girls' Getaway

Very nice space and kept very well. Lots of room. But it is noisy during the day and evening as a lot of activity upstairs. I'm sure it was normal foot traffic, but the basement is not soundproof by any means. If we want it to be quiet, this is not the place

The apartment was very clean, very spacious, and has such a homey feel about it.

We loved our stay and have never stayed in such a roomy place here in Cedar City. When we walked into the apartment we loved the big family room space and then on top of that there were two good size bedrooms with Queen beds. The kitchen was perfect size with anything and everything you would need to make and serve food. The bathroom also was well supplied, although we didn’t look in the right drawers for more towels and ended up calling the owner for more (even though there were enough in the drawers) which she promptly brought down, no questions asked. We played games late some nights and we worried about our noise level so we texted the owner and she said don’t worry about it that their bedrooms were on the second level and it didn’t bother them. The kids were able to run off some energy in their huge backyard and play in the snow which definitely made for more fun and while they were out the owners daughters did a special delivery of hot cocoa and candy canes for everyone to enjoy after playing in the snow, a very nice warm treat after playing in snow. The owner was very attentive to our needs and was pleasant. Our overall view of the apartment is amazing! We definitely will rent this space in our future stays in Cedar City. We loved every bit of it:)

Nice property

It is a basement apartment in a nice neighborhood. Communication with the host was great. The property is 5 minutes away from SUU. Again, it is a basement apartment so there was noise from upstairs. It could use a good dusting and the bathroom towels and shower curtain smelled a little weird.

Good Time

Very nice place. Has everything you need and close to all the stores and restaurants. The only thing is that it is very noisy with the family upstairs. Hard to sleep.

Great place to rest between fishing

Perfect location

We were extremely pleased with the size of the home and the spacious rooms and living area. The kids loved the warm house with great wifi. The home had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay.

Clean and spacious

Very clean, spacious and homey feeling place to stay. Plenty of linens for the bathroom but not enough dishes in the kitchen. Only 4 glasses. Occasional noise from the family upstairs but not late so not an issue with sleeping. Would stay again.
