Great place

We enjoyed our stay here. Quiet neighborhood, clean home, and lots of room for everyone. Would recommend this place to friends and family. We would definitely stay here again.

Better than we expected!

This place was clean, well-stocked, quiet, and perfect for our family of four, although it could accommodate 8 comfortably. Appreciated the laundry facilities and hot showers. Would book to stay here again.

Great Home base for exploring Cedar City and surroundings

This was a very comfortable condo that had all the amenities. We were here for a couple of nights and found the place easily and was able to use it as a home base to go all the places we had planned to see. The neighborhood was quiet, and not too much traffic in and out.

Just what we needed

I spent three nights at this home while we attended the Utah state high school mountain biking races. The location was convenient to the venue. It was very clean and well stocked. The owner was very responsive.

New and clean

The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We were in Cedar City for the Utah Shakespeare Festival and were happy it was only a short 10 minute drive away.

Clean, comfortable, and courteous.

We couldn't have done better in picking a place to stay for our ski trip to Brian Head during New Year’s. For a comparable cost of a typical 350 sq ft hotel room in Cedar City, we got a generous 1200 sq ft of living space that is extra clean and comfortable. The property is fairly new. Furnitures, appliances, and furnishings are in excellent condition. It really exceeded our expectations. The host, Tyler, was very good with communications. Instructions were very clear. Assistance was offered if needed, but we didn't need any because we got everything we needed -- coffee, tea, salt and spices, cooking oil, pots, pans, rice cooker, washer and dryer. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return for future visits.

Thoughtful Touches, Nice Apartment

This is a very comfortable apartment best for adults or families with kids past toddler age with a front porch right off the parking lot with chairs, great for taking off muddy boots after a hike. The cute interior is clean, new and has an impressive array of pots, pans, utensils & appliances as well as an assortment of coffees and teas. Lavish beds, linens & towels; another nice touch in the bathroom - soap, shampoo and conditioner dispensers. I like a TV in the bedroom and all three have a big wall-mounted smart-TV. Detergent is provided for handy in-unit laundry. My only note relates to a pet-peeve; places that sleep more people than they can seat. When on vacay, we are more likely to all sit and watch a show together (I imagine main TV is placed for ease of use in dining and living areas but ends up being awkward for living room viewing). The living room setup worked well for four of us, but would have been tight if more people were to gather in that space. I didn't think the couch was very comfy, but find that is typical of a sleeper-sofa. Also, amusingly, the bathrooms seemed to be built for tall people (vanity height) and the living room furniture was for small people (narrow depth on small seating). We would definitely stay in one of this couples offerings again; overall it was a fantastic place and we enjoyed our time in and around Cedar City knowing we had a safe, comfy home to return to where the owners pay attention to details that make a difference!
