The bedroom features a king-sized bed with a new hybrid mattress for comfort. A large double closet provides ample storage, and there`s a small ensuite with a sink, shower, and toilet. We provide towels, bar soap and the eucalyptus shower hanger adds a relaxing touch.

The garage off the kitchen has a washer and dryer for your convenience. The laundry is shared with the upstairs unit, they access the the area from an exterior door, the lower unit accesses the area by a door off the kitchen.

Parking is easy with space for 2 vehicles in the gravel area in front of the house.

-Please be respectful of the neighbors and the area you are staying
-Do not trespass on other people`s property, this includes docks and driveways
-Please be careful where you park, don`t block people in, use neighbors property, park on the sidewalk or impede traffic
-Parties and/or events are not allowed
-No smoking inside or within 10 feet of doors or windows $250 fine if the property smells of smoke
-Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 fine for each animal
-$150/person/day fee for over occupancy limit
-Please don’t eat or drink anything besides water in the bedroom
-Quiet hours 10 pm to 7 am per local Noise Ordinance
-Please respect the check-in and check-out times. $500 for each 4 hours, or portion unauthorized thereof, of early check-in and late checkout.
-Guests are responsible for any damage they cause. If something does happen contact us ASAP and we will see if there’s a way to quickly take care of the issue before it gets worse and costs more.
-Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
-Please do your dishes.
-No illegal substances allowed on premises.
