  • Unwind at this peaceful and centrally located condo just a few hundred yards from the beach, park, boat ramp, restaurants & shops. From the back deck you'll enjoy sunrise and expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico while numerous types of shorebirds swoop by, fish jump below and dolphins feed and play in the distance. At night you'll be treated to starry skies and the twinkling lights, delicious smells and fun sounds of nearby Dock Street. Relax and sunbathe while you grill your meals by the pool.

Sweet Little Getaway

Adorable little condo in Cedar Key. Furnishings are beautiful and comfy. Close to beach, local restaurants and has a nice view if the bay. Residents are very friendly and fun!

Cute Waterfront Condo

This is a cute waterfront condo unit in Cedar Key. It is walking distance to all of the local restaurants, bars, retail stores, etc. The City Beach/Park and the waterfront Dock Street dining district are steps away. We hope to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at cedar key, very relaxing. Waking up to the gulf view was very nice. Seeing dolphins was amazing. Very relaxing as we are coming close to our due date to meet our little one. Thank you for opening your doors to us, lovely home.

Get away

We needed to get away after a crazy month. It was perfect. Very clean and everything you would need also in walking distance to lots of things. Hosts were fantastic!!!!!!

Great Staycation

Loved Cedar Key and this little gem! Everything you need-tastefully decorated and waterfront. Would have rated 5 stars except for 2 things-Bed was uncomfortably hard for our liking/the WIFI was terrible. We still liked location(short walk or bike ride to town), thoughtful hosts(provided everything essential) and the views.

Condo was nice, clean and comfortable. Had a minor issue which was promptly handled by owners. Cedar Key is still recovering from hurricane idalia in 2023 but they are trying .

Property was walkable to everything in the "downtown" area. Unfortunately Cedar Key has had bad luck with weather and a fire to many local businesses so it is clear they are rebuilding. The properties pool was closed for our stay. The beach is different than the crystal blue of other Gulf Beaches. It is not far to some of the springs/rivers that you can tube/swim/ dive at.

Mini Vacay w/granddaughters

Our 1st visit to Cedar Key. We fell completely in love with the area. We will definitely be back. The condo was exactly as described and perfect for us. The only thing I feel could be improved is the coffee pot, being a coffee drinker I’m particular and the one there is messy. Sitting on the deck watching the tide go in and out is a must. Our granddaughters enjoyed the beach, pool and playground being so close. We rented golf cart and explored the island. We also tried a couple of the restaurants and have no complaints. A trip to Cedar Key is a must for anyone who’s never been.

Balcony dolphin watching

The view was great from the balcony! Every thing was clean and nicely decorated. I am a coffee drinker so the coffee pot was a little small for me. LOL! But not a problem. The kitchen had plenty of everything, but could use a couple more smaller pots for cooking. We have a great time and location was prefect for us, right next to the beach and park. Then just a short walk to the restaurants and bars.

Great condo, quaint community

We loved our stay at Cedar Key. The condo is very well-appointed and decorated so cute! We enjoyed walking wherever we wanted to go, and having the park right next to the property was fun. The only thing that could have been improved on was the floors that hadn’t been swept/vacuumed or washed in quite some time. There weren’t any Swifter pads so that I could do it myself either. We just made sure we kept something on our feet. Even so, we would absolutely recommend staying here.

Beautiful place to stay!

This condo is a beautiful place to stay on Cedar Key. EVERYTHING is thought of and provided by the hosts, more so than any place we’ve ever stayed. Communications were handed immediately and in a friendly manner. The view toward the gulf provided sunsets, dolphins, clam boats, and bird sightings while we sat on the deck. The kitchen is very well appointed, the bed is extremely comfortable, and our stay couldn’t have been more pleasant. The only thing we couldn’t find was the hot tub mentioned in the listing. Also, the pool was v-e-r-y cold. We’re grateful to Rachel and Robert for going above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!

Cedar Keys

The condo itself was perfect. The building had some damage from hurricane. Building needs a facelift. The pool was clean but furniture had bird droppings on them all. Property manager needs to be more on top of it. Cedar keys is a quiet get away. I would go back Rachel answered all my questions very quickly. One thing I would suggest is a binder with things to do in it. Also, a notebook or something so people who stay there can write about their visit.

Nice Condo

The condo itself was beautifully decorated and up to date inside. Everything was clean and organized. The bed was extremely comfortable. The outside furniture and hammock on the porch were great. It was nice to have an elevator. The only cons were that the Internet did not work which affected the TV. Birds poop all in and around the pool/on pool furniture, and it was not cleaned up. Due to age and storms, the outside of the complex is somewhat dated.

Charming but not perfect

The unit where my girlfriend and I stayed for 2 days was cool, very charming. The bed was comfortable and it was very quiet at night. However, we both became concerned when we walked our dog around the property in the morning and saw all the damage left from the hurricane last year. Looked like all the first floor units were gutted and there was still furniture in the bay near the destroyed docks. The building in front on the water also had significant structural damage. Are these buildings safe to be in? To be honest, had I seen all the damage to the building where we stayed I probably wouldn’t have booked the it.

Trip disrupted

Overall, the property itself was very clean and cute and comfortable. The patio door leading to the balcony were very hard to open and close and lock. We arrived on a Monday and all the shops were closed because it was a Monday. On Tuesday the whole town shut down because of hurricane Helene. I believe we were the only ones left in the condos. Upon entering the elevator, it jolted and stopped between floors. There after we took the steps. we then decided to cut our trip short by one day since there was absolutely nothing to do.

Don't count on pool access but......

Cedar Cove is managed by a group that is not affiliated with the owners of this unit, Rachel and Robert. The Cedar Cove onsite property manager is not friendly and has an attitude. Because she doesn't manage Rachels property, she doesn't like guests using the pool and her chlorine (her words). Other than this, our stay was great. It is the cutest unit and everyone we met, BUT Cedar Cove property manager, was extremely nice. Definitely rent carts from Mr. George on the corner, I could talk to him all day. We also rented a pontoon for half day, super nice people. Food at Steamers was excellent!! And the night we cooked in, we had everything on site that we needed. Thank you Rachel and Robert.
