“The Cedar Lake Escape exceeded our expectations--offering a quiet retreat with a fantastic view!! Our large family was very comfortable, with plenty of space to spread out or be together. We enjoyed the firepit and the large selection of games provided, as well as a well stocked kitchen and very comfortable beds. Drew was a great host, he communicated thoroughly and responded promptly to messages. We will definitely stay here again when we return to the area.”

“This was the perfect place for my husband and I and another couple to enjoy a much needed R&R weekend. The place was amazing from a welcome email from Eric and Marisa with perfect instructions and brief videos to restaurant suggestions. The house was so cute and comfortable. Everything was labeled and if you forgot something, they had it. The beds and pillows were so comfortable. Great place for a family vacation or just some friends needing some catching up. “It is a beautiful residence. This is a relatively new residence, evidenced by all the brand new with tags furniture, lamps, appliances etc. No internet or cable, which was sort of a downer. Did not get the code until 15 minutes after check in time. No coffee or silverware. We only found one spoon. ”

“So the mobile home situated on a lake shore in a nice, busy camp site is beautiful. Having breakfast sitting out back was wonderful. Everything was spotlessly clean and it was a great base for the State and National Parks nearby as well as close enough to Chicago. It is close to a very busy main road and so it is noisy outside. The fire pit is very cool and there is an ample supply of logs. We had absolutely no issues and the communication from the property manager was fantastic. Thank you.”
