"Willis was exceptional. We arrived late but right when we walked in he dropped what he was doing to work on getting us checked in. Computer was running a bit slow but Willis was very apologetic for it taking longer than usual and we were happy to be patient because he was very kind and shared all the details about our stay. Willis is the main reason I would stay at the Tru in the future."

"Paid for the room through Expedia with affirm payments. Got charged the full price for the room on my debit card plus the $50 incidental. Talked to management. They said they would reverse the charge on my card for the room. Which they have. However, upon checkout, I got charged another $210 dollars for two night’s accommodation plus another $50 charge for something. Called on the way home after checkout. Supposed to reverse the $210 dollars. But taking over $500 out of someone’s account when they aren’t expecting it is not great. Not everyone has $500 laying around. "

"I only stayed in the hotel for 1 night.But it was very nice to do very quiet, i was able to sleep very well. That night and I appreciated that I will be back in the future for sure. A great place to stay. Food was good for the breakfast. Overall, very nice, beautiful bedroom. Gorgeous bathroom loved it."
