Very relaxing Visit
This house was very cute and relaxing. The history of this home made it even more fun. Brought back memories of how things used to be. Everything was clean and had all we needed. I would highly recommend for anyone who needs a getaway or doing the Bike trail and need a place to stay. Sure beats the local hotels. The owner, Randy took good care of us and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations. The property is scenic and beautiful. We liked sitting on the rocking chairs on the porch just enjoying it. We will certainly want to stay here, if we do the Silver Comet trail again. Thank you Randy!

Wonderful house!
This house was perfect from top to bottom. Everything was clean and we had everything in it that we needed. The host came over and introduced himself and gave us a brief history of the home and property. I'd definitely stay here again.

Nothing Short of Perfection
We were in Cedar Town, GA attending my sons wedding at Hightower Falls. Our location was only 1/4 mile from the wedding venue. Randy greeted us, and I enjoyed my time speaking with him about the house, the farm and the history. Fascinating! We had everything we needed in the house, which was great because there is nothing close by to run to the store. It is so peaceful and very beautiful. I would definitely stay there again.

Short-Quick Stay in a Quiet, Quaint Historical Home
The family who owns the property is just the sweetest and the house was perfect for our stay. Just ask the owners about the history of the property! And everything was so clean! Take a look around the house at all the beautiful antiques!

Perfect weekend spot for wedding

Great Getaway
The house is located in a great spot! We felt like we were the only people around. Beautiful old house, great yard, great scenery! My daughter loved seeing the cows. It was also great since we had my BIL’s wedding at Hightower Falls, which is located 2 mins away. Would love to come back for a weekend getaway.

Wonderful, quiet getaway
Clean, spacious country home that was perfect for our family. Host's sister, Becky was friendly and attentive to our needs or any questions we had. Daughter LOVED visiting with the horses and other animals. We enjoyed relaxing on the porch, watching deer play in the field directly across the street. Would LOVED to have stayed longer!! Thank you!

Amazing family ran property
Debbie and her husband are amazing hosts. They worked with our crazy schedule at the last moment. The home was all made up, clean, and beautifully set up. It’s a great place to stay if you need to get away from everyday life in the city, or to stay for a wedding at the Hightower Falls Venue (which is also amazing). If you’re like my spouse and I, we appreciate the country, back roads, the farm, and the hosts leaving a note in their property politely asking to meet us. Debbie & her husband are the best. We will be referring their place to everyone we can with hopes to be back one day ourselves. FYI Mrs. Debbie, Taylor wants to come back and meet your cows. I’m so happy we got to meet y’all, and we hope to be seeing y’all soon.

An unique place to stay!
Lovely home, lovely couple! Loved the history of the homestead! Very roomy home. The grandkids loved visiting the cows several times a day and we saw a beautiful herd of deer across the street. If you are coming to the area, you will not be disappointed in this home! We will be back when we are down again visiting family!

A Treasure
Our son got married down the street from this farmhouse at Hightower Falls. We spent our last night together as a family in that house. It was spacious and quaint at the same time. We especially loved the front porch. Two days in a row we got to watch an amazing sunrise. It was fun to walk on the property and see the cows. The day of the wedding, family stopped in for lunch and then the day after the wedding Family stopped in for breakfast. The kitchen was the perfect size for our gathering. We made memories there that we will never forget. That house will always be very special to our family. Thank you for a great stay!

My spouse, mother and sister stayed at this beautiful and peaceful property while we were in the area for my nephew's wedding. It was a wonderful get-away from the hectic pace around us. We loved the farm house and the attention to detail within. It was so enjoyable relaxing on the front porch watching the multitude of bird species. We even saw a deer across the field. We highly recommend this property if you will be in the area and want to "get away from it all."

Stay while at Hightower Falls for wedding
This is a perfect place to stay if you have a wedding away Hightower Falls. It had the basics that we did not think to bring and allowed us to focus on the wedding. Also, it was so beautiful and we loved the farmhouse with the large live oak with a swing and the rocking chair front porch. It was just what we needed! I highly recommended.

Absolutely precious farm house. Could not have been a better location for our friends wedding at Hightower Falls. The home was clean and spacious. Has everything you need. I strongly suggest having a cup of coffee on the front porch and soaking up the sweet southern charm. If we are ever back in the area we would love to stay again.

A Slice of Heaven
Beautiful family farm. Deer crossing in the pasture, occasional cow, a tree swing, more stars in the night sky than I have seen in years, and a house that makes you feel like your in your grandmother's house. A phenomenal steak house is just 10 minutes down the road. Debbie & Randy are absolutely precious. They checked in on us and are a joy to talk to. So much history. We WILL be back to this property. So Amazing!
Debbie and Randy are wonderful. The property is wonderful. The pictures do not do justice to the sweet home and surroundings. We are already planning our next stay in the area and cannot wait to go back. Sitting on the front porch enjoying coffee was just what I needed. The swing and yard is just what the kids needed. Stars and country roads out there are good for the soul, and we loved it.
