Large downstairs lounge / kitchen. All the facilities you need for family stay. Fridge/freezer, washing machine, air con, gas heater, microwave, gas hob, oven TV and Wifi. Just bring food. Space to sleep up six. Excellent base for exploring the Cederberg. Secure parking to rear of building.

Charming place!

This new flat is charming, confortable and spacious. It has everything you can need to enjoy your time. The owner is lovely and very helpfull. As Clanwilliam is a little town, everything is within walking distance.

Besser geht es nicht

Eine ganz tolle Unterkunft. Die Bilder zeigen ja die umfangreiche Ausstattung. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst freundlich. Was in der Beschreibung fehlt, ist der Hinweis auf die Notwendigkeit, ein Mobil-Telefon zu haben: wenn man sich vor der Anreise bei der Vermieterin gemeldet hat, schickt sie am Tag der Anreise über WhatsApp den Code, mit dem man die Türe öffnen kann, einschließlich Hinweisen zur Fahrstrecke in Clanwilliam. Sie wohnt nämlich nicht am Ort der Ferienwohnung! (An Freitagen sollte man offensichtlich die Hauptstraße, Hoofstreet,an der die Banken liegen, wegen des übermäßigen Verkehrs durch Autos und Fußgänger meiden.Freitag ist wohl Zahltag, dh lange Schlangen vor den Geldautomaten, die jedenfalls am Samstagmorgen auch noch lang waren.) Den Spar-Supermarkt fährt man sowieso besser von der Rückseite an, wo das Parkhaus liegt, der Visser Street. (Einen Fehler in der Angabe der Telefonnummer hat hotels.com mittlerweile beseitigt; das Herausfinden hat uns etwas Mühe und Aufwand gekostet; wir haben es der Vermieterin gesagt, die dann offensichtlich hotels.com kontaktiert hat.)
