「環境非常整潔乾淨，員工雖然都不會英文但都會使用google翻譯所以沒有問題。 唯一奇怪的是房間永遠是熱的(我是10月底入住3晚)，似乎關掉牆壁上的暖房還是沒有作用，必須另外開冷氣來平衡室內溫度，這點不太環保。」

「First they could not find my reservation. Then they put me in a smokers room, i asked to be moved, and they put me in a new non smoking room, that stank of smoke and had an ashtray... the room was dirty and therewas black hair in my bed...」
