「Beautiful hotel, but was overbooked so we couldn’t eat at the restaurants on site. If you are a tourist at the hotel, you will be treated differently.
We were told that we couldn’t eat at the restaurant or go to the beach. They said it was fully booked but there was tons of loungers available.. we felt unwelcome and received very cold service

「This is one of our go to Resorts. We are excited for the expansion. The food is always great and on point. The service is wonderful. Everyone is always very sweet and personable.
