“Our plane was delayed and we didn’t arrive in Winnipeg until 3AM a quick call to the front desk and a very nice friendly driver showed up in 10 minutes in a warm shuttle. He dropped us off at the hotel. The front desk clerk was equally as friendly. We were in our room before 3:30 We could not ask for any better service ”

“The staff at the front desk and the pool were friendly and helpful. The swimming pool was fantastic, and my kids really enjoyed the slides! Even though it was the long weekend, the pool wasn’t crowded, we only met two or three other groups of guests. I did notice, however, that the beds in the room seemed a bit smaller or shorter than usual. The shower water pressure was a bit weak, and the toilet flush didn’t always work properly, which was a little surprising for such a new hotel.”

“The staff are amazing and I felt very welcomed and safe I travel a lot in an around the Winnipeg Airport hotels and this one I would say overall is a 3 1/2 because it’s starting to show it’s where and the beds are not as comfortable as a Hilton, but the staff were very friendly We had a king suite which had plenty of room The staff were very accommodating of our extra request for additional bedding and towels The continental breakfast was your essentials with the eggs, actually decent and……
