“This is such a beautiful home. It is located in a quiet area close to the center of Poitiers. The house is very large, so there was plenty of room for us to spread out. Phillipe is such a wonderful host. He was so incredibly kind and generous with his time. He drove all the way from Paris to meet us. We arrived early, so he had a friend meet us at the house to make sure we were able to get in. We had so much fun getting to know Phillipe. We wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely……

“This holiday was simply fantastic. The house was ideal for our family of six adults and a 1 year old child. Set in open countryside the property was easy to find, secluded, peaceful and the thick stone walls kept us cool in what were unusually high temperatures. No light pollution so the stars had to be seen to be believed. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed most of our meals outside on a long table and comfortable new chairs. “Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Alfred et Ruth. Nous avons été accueillis par Alfred, qui a été d'une extrême gentillesse et toujours disponible en cas de besoin. La maison, au calme est pleine de charme et surtout très bien équipée. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accès illimité à la grande piscine chauffée. “The host very kindly allowed us to arrive after the final show at Futuroscope (so around 11:15pm). Was easy to contact him and got prompt replies. The studio apartment was clean and comfortable. I would note that you do need to take your own bedding and towels. The studio is also at the top of two steep stairways, so if you have mobility issues this may not be the place for you. For us a family of 5 it suited our needs perfectly and we would stay again. Thank you Sylvain.”

“Maison super agréable et au charme indéniable! Les photos sont conformes et sincères. Très bien située (accès autoroute, train, Futuroscope) donc très calme selon le sens du vent! Mais c’est vraiment supportable. Parfaite pour une grande bande d’amis (nous étions 16 dont 7 enfants de 7 à 14 ans). Et un grand merci au propriétaire pour les échanges que nous avons pu avoir.”
