「The pool and hot tub were both closed our entire stay with no notice before we arrived. Also the entire Hotel's streaming capabilities were not working during our entire stay. Really disappointing」

「Ask them if the restaurants are open or closed. Dining choice were EXTREMELY limited. And what food was available wasn’t impressive especially for the price. And. 60 dollar valet fee that was not disclosed. 」

The location of the resort was perfect and having the shuttle bus to Beaver Creek ski area as well as Vail was great and saved me a lot of money on taxis. 「The room was so clean and everything smelled so good. I kept burying my face in the bed linens because it smelled amazing and was so comfortable. Breakfast was okay. Just hard boiled eggs and chobani yogurt with granola and blueberries. Coffee was good however they didn’t have real sugar out? Just stevia which is the most Vail thing I can think of. Think skinny.
