「Three of us women stayed at the house for a 3-day conference in Denver. Overall, it was fine. You can tell the owner is doing much work to improve the home. The beds were very comfortable, and the house's aesthetic was lovely. There were some strong cons, though. When we arrived, there were two face clothes, three hand towels, and three body towels, and no soap or shampoo as listed. The owner quickly replaced these items the next day with new items from the store. Half of the lightbulbs...

「The house was clean and had everything you will need. Comfy beds, great back porch and kitchen has anything you might need. Close to everything!!! Julia was so responsive to our needs. 「Our stay was pleasant. Communication the day we arrived wasn’t great we arrived early and asked for an early check in but didn’t get a response. We decided to do some exploring. We did have some trouble with the lock upon arrival late that night after exploring and couldn’t get a response then either. A phone number would have been great. The house was decently clean but there was several spiders.」

「I stayed here will attending a conference at a nearby hotel. The apartment was very comfortable. The building's amenities and public spaces were amazing - a library, game room, gym, etc. There were a Whole Foods and CVS in the same building and plenty of restaurants nearby. My only complaint was that the WiFi was pretty unrealiable, both in my room and in the public spaces. 」
