“We had a wonderful stay at the Double Tree Riverfront hotel in Bay City. The staff was very friendly and professional. The only issue we had was that the bathroom sink was clogged and did not drain properly. We reported it 3 ways; to the front desk staff; to housekeeping staff; and in a text message regarding our stay. It did not get addressed while we were there, and it was a problem. Everything else was very good...great location, and room was very clean. Overall, a great mini-vacation. ”

“Likes: Bay Motel had a table & chairs, high quality TV, luggage holder, plenty of "table space", comfortable bed, very quiet refrigerator, full-sized mirror, carpeting, plenty of lighting, clock, hangers available. Dislikes: The toilet did not have a lid, bathroom towel rack too low, hair dryer didn't work, high step getting into the shower room.”

“Im pretty sure the neighbor was a lady of the night or "working girl" if you will. I couldnt sleep due to loud moaning all night. It was annoying until Harold ajd i decided to one up her and i really let loose. Talk about amazing sleep. Rocked me right to sleep. I wanna go back tongiht. The butlers nice but i wish they had breakfast or snack. The butler was the only snack within 5 miles as this is in bfe. Go now. You won't be disappointed ”
