「We loved our stay here! The rooms are thoughtfully decorated and clean. The staff was so kind and attentive - we loved the daily breakfasts and sitting in the courtyard in the evenings listening to the birds. Very good location and walking distance to many areas.」

「This property is very conveniently located and parking is good. Kitchen staff very helpful and provided a decent, basic breakfast in a pleasant dining room. Room was clean and had the basics needed. Not sure why they charge a “resort” fee as nothing is offered beyond the basics of a regular non-resort Hampton Inn type property. They should not claim to provide WiFi as it is completely useless. We could not even download email messages so forget about streaming anything. We resorted to...

「It is a beautiful southwestern/Santa Fe hotel. I love being able to get green chili chicken enchiladas at the hotel restaurant Amaya. The only disappointment was the wine list at Amaya. Although the downtown/plaza area is walkable, the hotel provides transportation to the area to make it even easier.」

「A/C could not keep the room cool and the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night with no explanation. The property and staff, however, was awesome.」

「This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation.」

Breakfast is delicious and Luz at the breakfast room is always cheerful and helpful. As a yearly visitor to Santa Fe for 34 years, I highly recommend Las Palonas for their great location, delicious breakfast, quiet rooms, and super comfortable beds.」
