There was even provided a makeup remover wipe which worked beautifully and a wash rag specifically for taking makeup off! Cons: The parking garage was 2 blocks away. It was complimentary though. The room was a little tight. The bathroom door opened into the bed. If you are working at the desk, no one could walk past you. The……

“We stayed in the hacienda and our room was lovely. It was spacious and had a nice sitting area and balcony. The complimentary breakfast was simple but sufficed even for my husbands vegan diet. The fireplace seemed to have a mind of its own which is my only complaint about the room. The location is excellent and walkable to downtown and the rail yards. We would definitely come back here again!”

“The staff is great. Drove to Santa Fe from out of state. Arrived early (4hrs.). Staff said no problem parking in garage. Also informed me my room was ready and for a small fee I could check in early. After a long drive it was great to get settled in my room. Staff provided a map of area, helpful advice for places to eat, and was always available when needed.”

“This property is going through big renovations! It did not meet the standards as was described on their online site. No one was available in office from 6:00 pm until 10:00 am, in event of an emergency, No lighting outside of building after dark, had difficulty figuring how to turn lights on & off in room (very odd), no television in room. Overall it was not satisfactory for our needs / we are seniors & did not feel safe in this situation.”

“Only two good points. The towels were the best, extra large and very soft. The breakfast was very good, fresh fruit , real egg omelets , great spread. The place is very unquiet, very old and in bad need of TLC, and major upgrades. Even though the room was clean it's fallen apart. conduit with wiring fallen off the wall. the shower has no place for soap like a tray on the walls. The shampoo and conditioner amenities were all empty. The windows were so dirty, you could hardly see out. It would……
