「I am always so pleased with this place. Clean and staff is so accommodating 」

「We had to stay here for a hockey tournament, and unfortunately it was a disappointing experience. We ended up having to go out for breakfast and coffee every day. When we asked if we could have breakfast the following morning, staff were quite rude and dismissive, saying it was no big deal since it’s complimentary anyway. Housekeeping was also an issue, garbage wasn’t changed and fresh towels weren’t provided. We had to ask multiple times, and only some of us eventually received towels. The...

「They cancelled my reservation without noticing me. I still have my reservation on my Expedia app but the officer just cancelled my reservation just because I came the hotel after 3am. It’s unreasonable.」

「Breakfast menu is limited, could not tell if property was in the middle of a remodel. Seemed like it was, but then if it was the contractors are doing a terrible job. Some of the trim molding was coming of, the tub paint was chipping, the bathroom sink looked like it was going to fall from the wall. But overall was clean. Bedding was clean. Some furniture is updated while others looked like they came from a garage sale, but clean. 」
