Open and Bright in Center Moriches
Located on of Ocean Avenue with a 70' bulk-head on the bay, this updated postmodern offers 4 bedrooms and 3 baths., double sized living room, dining room, and an extra bonus rooms. Upon driving down the new stone driveway the property has an immediate line of sight of the water, amazing view of the bay overlooking the Fire Island seashore with 70' of bulk-heading. The expansive yard and gardens lead you to a large deck that extend the entire front of the house. Entering the house the main levels offers a marble gourmet and stainless kitchen that will satisfy any chef's needs, with large island, high-end appliances and dining area with a wood burning fireplace. A spacious double living room with gas fireplace in addition to the separate entertaining area with wet bar, glass sliding door that open to the deck, Two guest bedroom/bath, a third ensuite bedroom, perfect to give you guest privacy complete the main level. The second floor has a beautiful oversized master suite with terrace with 180 paramaniac views and large master bathroom with double a Jacuzzi bathtub and separate shower in addition to what seem to be an never ending large walk-in closet that takes you to a bonus room that can be used as a home office or quiet retreat. 2 car garage. Located in the historic landmark area of Center Moriches and only steps away from the bay and enjoying living life by the water and beautiful sunsets.

Very underwhelming

Location is good, having the ocean as your backdrop is always nice. House itself needed major improvement in terms of cleanliness and tidyness. Owner seems inexperienced when it comes to hosting, she was extremely chatty and somewhat unprofessional. Overall, value for money was not justified.
