Cozy 3 Bedroom Ranch on Quiet Street Centrally Located in the Hill Country

This serene brick home in a quiet neighborhood is waiting for you. Tile graces the floors throughout. In the hot summer and the cold winter, the industrial strength HVAC will keep you cool or warm to your heart’s content. Three bedrooms give each person in your family enough space to do their own thing, yet they are close enough together that you will not feel disconnected or distant. A metal roof guards this home from the elements. The screened-in back porch opens up to a large back yard graced with tall stately trees. The focal point of the front yard, a gorgeous oak tree, provides shade and beauty.

Just 5 minutes from James Avery Corporate, Kerrville regional airport, and less than a mile from Guadalupe River access, plus host of local activities, it’s perfectly as a respite, yet with easy access to all the conveniences that Kerrville has to offer.

Local highlights:
Toucan Jim's - a Center Point favorite, this restaurant features a tropical ambience with outdoor dining, delicious food, great bar, and live music.

Camp Verde General Store and Restaurant - First established in 1857, the buildings and grounds surrounding are full of rich history. Shop for unique gifts or enjoy a view of the Hill Country will brunching in the restaurant.

Guadalupe River Access at Lion's Park - Take the kids and let them run off some energy at the Lion's Park Playground, or splash around a bit in the Guadalupe River.

Softball trip

In a few words, just do not stay here. this house was filthy. Bugs everywhere, had not been cleaned in months because they were spider's webs everywhere. Looked like long term renter's just moved out. And had been vacant for months.
