It is situated on a dead end street in the village of Centerville, right between Hyannis and Mashpee, convenient to shopping, great restaurants and just a short drive to Craigville and other south side beaches. Plus, it comes with a beach pass. You will have room for plenty of family and/or friends in this sprawling ranch. Central AC, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer a deck with seating area and a gas grill.
The Space:
This ranch-style home has 4 good sized bedrooms, 2 full baths, an open kitchen - dining area that open through the slider to the deck, living room and a nice level lot. There is a gas grill for BBQing, too.
Guest Access:
You have exclusive use of the whole house.
Other Things to Note:
Linens are included. This includes sheets, towels for bath only, kitchen towels and a bath mat. Please plan to bring your own beach towels.
Please note that linens and bath and kitchen towels are provided. Beach towels are not. Please plan to bring your own. Sandy towels, etc are not allowed in the washer/ dryer.
Disclaimer: If a remote control is lost, you will be responsible for covering a replacement cost of $75, in addition to the cost of the remote itself.
