“Room was very dirty with bugs. They looked like little roaches. I brought it to the attention of the front desk staff members and they said it was just likely bugs from the ceiling lights. Absolutely not: I didn’t expect fine accommodations but the conditions of this room for the property rating was completely unfit. ”

“ No breakfast even though it was advertised .
Room not clean and stank of smoke although it was a no smoking room. Coffee pot filthy. No hairdryer either.
No one at reception when we arrived, the guy at the desk said she was in the laundy and we would have to wait. 15 minutes before she turned up.
Not a good stay ”
