The water never got sufficiently hot for our shower. It was tepid, but not hot. Otherwise, the room was clean, we had enough supplies, and room keeping was excellent. Breakfast was not bad, the attendant was a sweetheart.

Room was clean; needs updating. We arrived an hour early and our room was not ready. That was disappointing since we had been on the road so long. We just wanted to get in to change and go to our event. Checked in during overnight hours and had to wait again because a report was pulled and front desk couldn’t bring up the system.

Well, the breakfast was terrible. The ice machine was broken. The building itself is older. The ac wasn’t that great in the room or hallways. I’ve stayed at newer nice ones and they are better in general. We had stayed the night before in one at a different city and the difference would shock you. Cleaner, better food, all amenities working. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel at all.

Overall, our experience was good, except for the fact that the elevators were not working. My husband had total knee replacement and elevators are more useful for us than to have to go up and downstairs.
