「The place is new and the rooms were great. Spacious. Only concern is the AC can not be angled and the direction of the breeze is aimed at the bed thats right next to it. Not a huge deal. Loved this place.」

「This place was not the best. The person at the front counter seemed to not want to be there. We walk into our room and it had a weird smell to it. It wasn’t the cleanest. There was blood on the bathroom floor. This place didn’t cost much, so that’s I guess it’s that you get what you paid for. Won’t stay here again.」

「The outside of the building was well maintained. Staff was friendly. Our room smelled dirty. The blanket smelled like it hadn’t been washed in a very long time」

Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable 」
