“L’hôtel Mk Tirana est super pour de vacances reposantes, chambre super et bien aménagé. Sauna et salle de sport super ! Le seul point à revoir c’est le service, qui reste très lent, et oblige d’appeler les serveurs ou d’aller les chercher car ne regarde pas toujours les client”

Let’s get into it; The staff at the reception was very lovely, special shoutout to Gerta, she was super kind and helpful; she called taxis, gave instructions and directions for local activities and public transport as well. On our last day, she let us check out late FOC. The breakfast fare is not huge but it’s adequate, there’s no potatoes, omelettes or porridge but……

“What is advertised as family room includes a sofa bed that you are better off sleeping on the floor. Both my kids got a terrible back ache from it. To top it off the management pretended that we broke the bed and wanted to charge us for the damage. This was a terrible customer service experience. I cancelled a future stay there and it was not refundable, but worth not having to deal with them anymore.”

“Stunning views from our balcony (during day and especially night time!), the hotel is located at a 12min ride from the city centre and the restaurant has an amazing menu! the pool was lovely and not busy (no need to rush or anything for a spot). Rooms were nice and spacious and (luckily) equipped with aircon. The waiting staff was super friendly and especially Ande made our stay memorable. Would definitely stay here again when visiting Tirana”
