「The rooms have been renovated. I experienced a small issue with my AC and the late night team solved it immediately. Every single person working there had a smile and were extremely helpful and friendly. I will def enjoy staying there again in the future. 」

「Design looks amazing! Very close to town and the people there very kind and helpful, always try their best efforts to assist the guest. Unfourtanly, we failed to watch the hot air balloon from the hotel due the weather reason, but we also take some good picture from hotel Terrance. Highly recommend this hotel!」

「İstanbul’dan iş dolayısıyla geldik otel çok sessizdi oda ve banyo temizdi havanın soğukluğuna rağmen odanın ve banyodaki suyun sıcaklığı gayet iyiydi ancak banyoda duş jeli vb ürün eksikliği gözüme çarptı iyi ki yanımda getirmişim dedim. Oda kesinlikle sigara kokmuyordu özellikle belirtmiştik ve dikkate alınmış olması sevindirici. Kahvaltı yeterliydi ve restoran bölümünün en üst katta yer alması ve önü açık bir manzaraya karşı bakması da güzeldi. 」

「The air condition is running badly, it always stops at night to make us sleep badly. The mosquito is everywhere in the room to attack my kids, we feel very uncomfortable to stay in the room. The room light is not working well, and the most terrible thing is that the Parking Lot at Basement is arranged very bad without proper guidance. 」

「与隔壁的网红苏丹酒店是姐妹酒店，从酒店里就能走到苏丹酒店，早晨也可以在苏丹的网红平台上拍照，去酒店里的房间像是走迷宫，上上下下的，经常一不小心就走错了，我们选的房间很大，分成两个独立的房间，非常有特色，早餐也很好吃，有整块的蜂巢，下午3点半还会有下午茶提供。整体来说体验还是很不错的。」
