「The main issue I had is they did not notify me that there would be a $100 deposit when you check in plus the $29 that you are supposed to pay when you get there (knew about the $29 though). There was also no hand soap in our room for some reason? And the front desk was so busy the night we got there that I didn't get any time to ask for some. Everything else was great though, comfortable beds, nice room, very clean.」

「My only complaint is the buffet. Charging a family of four $84 for such a small buffet was disappointing. There were very few food options, and the quality and selection did not justify the price. If you're going to charge what Golden Corral charges for a buffet, the variety and value should be comparable. 「We had a wonderful stay! Every staff member we interacted with was delightful. Such great service! The hotel is so clean and beautifully designed. Our room was comfortable and laid out thoughtfully. There is a little sound coming from the interstate if you are on that far side of the hotel at night, but it wasn’t disruptive. The hot tub and pools are awesome! We really appreciated that the pools open early and stay open late. We would love to stay again.」

「We rented a condo for 2 nights and it was a beautiful location. The room was super clean with a full-size coffee maker, refrigerator, a washer/dryer machine and a gas stove to cook on. Our room was great! It was comfortable and overlooked the valley. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The large swimming pool was closed for repair, but the small indoor pool was open along with the indoor jacuzzi and outdoor jacuzzi.
