“One reason we took this property was the views of jerusalem from the 9th floor and the fact that Jaffa Rd has no vehicular traffic except for the light rail. When we arrived the windows were filthy. Management addressed this when notified. Pedestrian noise lasted well into the night.”

“Very highly recommend! The apartment itself was clean, well designed, modern and comfortable. Hot water worked well once we figured out how to use it, the AC was excellent, and the black out electric shades in the bedrooms were helpful for those bright Jerusalem sunrises. The view was beyond words incredible both in the morning and at night. We loved sitting on the porch and taking in the sounds and panoramic sites of Yerushalayim. And the location was excellent as well within easy walking……

“Beautiful apartment in the heart of Jerusalem. Was able to get through to owner using Vrbo app. Once I got a hold he was very attentive and eager to please. Had a minor difficulty with parking, but other than that I was extremely happy and would definitely come again!”

“Even when the property is nice, the administration is the worst experience I've ever had: Parking was included, and they did not provide it. I immediately requested for the parking access card and they only responded: "we are working on a solution" - never solved it. We were fined twice, and they never responded. The communication is really bad. Additionally, we were charged (externally from VRBO, an extra charge added to the 100% that we paid via VRBO. Without that payment, they would not……

“Legs fell off the table. All if them. Had been repaired before, by the look. Used razor in the shower. Dirt on the bathroom floor. Wiring was wonky. Some lights and hot water didnt work half the time. Our parking spot was given to someone else by the property owner. We had to use paid parking. The owner became unresponsive for days. Etc.”

“We stayed here for two weeks and it was a perfect location for us. It is well situated on a lively family beach, with surfing, paddle boards, and clean restrooms. This beach, and those adjacent, are some of the nicest in Israel. The apartment is terrific; both it and its balcony offer a beautiful view of the beach and Mediterranean. If the beach isn’t your thing--the pool is gorgeous and quiet, as is the apartment building. Though we had a car (with great indoor parking), it's a two-block walk……
