Welcome to our paradise sitting at the Waters edge in Parham, On on gorgeous private elbow Lake This two bedroom one and a half bath newly renovated cottage one king one queen air conditioning, flatscreen TV with Starlink Internet new well with clean drinking water easy access just two minutes off Highway 38 complete privacy at the end of the lane no Thruway traffic flat level lot excellent swimming deep water off the brand new dock with swim ladder large deck with barbeque Fire pit with Adirondack chairs. The fishing is incredible right off the dock private lake boat launch private walking trail trails close to KP trail snowmobiling and four wheeling trails grocery LCBO 15 minute Drive charming Sharbot Lake and Westport 20 minutes. Drive 30 minutes to Kingston 15 minutes to Verona New rental so most dates available for the balance of 2024 and 2025 season Saturday to Saturday rental 2275 per week +150 cleaning fee fresh clean linen additional 250 per week or bring your own
