"Absolutely no complaints. Had a great room. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Nice breakfast. Pretty decent hotel gym. Air conditioning that actually worked. It’s a little bit removed from the center, but there are a couple of very good places to eat about a 10 minute walk, and a very nice mall that’s about a 20 minute walk. I would stay here again"

"Great staff and beautiful facilities, but the dog-friendly policy diminished our enjoyment. The hotel itself is lovely, and the staff were outstanding—professional, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Unfortunately, that was overshadowed by the pet policy. A dog barked from another guest room during our stay and disrupted our rest. A hotel should be a quiet place to recover, not a space where other guests’ pets dictate the atmosphere. I would strongly encourage management to rethink allowing dogs on the property. "

"Staff was very friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned well. Breakfast options were good. The drains were slow and faucet switch to shower did not work well-plumbing is old and needs to be cleaned out well or replaced. Older design in the block with terrace so the balcony is not high and felt unsafe-definitely cannot book a terrace room with children. Overall great stay and I would stay again:"
