「We booked 3 rooms for 4 guests. Hotel seemed more to be of a borderline 4 star, definitely not 5 stars. Wallpaper was tearing off in one of the rooms. In the other room, the bedsheet had blood stains on it. Additionally, there was an unbearable smell in the room, and the A/C was broken. It was also hard to sleep as the room was not very sound proof. We could hear cars and motorcycles from the rooms. We checked in around 9pm and had to wait until 4am before they were willing to give us a...

「This hotel is quite old and far from the station. If u want to go out or go back to the hotel at night, taxi or walking is the only choice. We always walked back to the hotel and felt very cold during dinner. This is the drawback.」

「Next Trip kalo.ke Cilacap saya gak bakal nginep di Hotel ini lagi. Heheh... Karena: 1. Cek in lama, dan banyak gak sesuai request. Malah beberapa dapat kamar smoking. 2. Lokasi tidak dekat dengan pusta kota (keramaian/alun-alun) 3. Saat mau sarapan sempat tidak diperbolehkan, karena dianggap booking room only. (Ada miss di sistem reservasi hotel dengan penyedia aplikasi). Beruntung resepsionisnya memahami dan solutif, ahirnya bisa sarapan.」

「酒店整體服務高質素，價格不算太高，尚可接受，員工服務態度良好，位置適中、距離機場約20-30分鐘車程，唯獨欠缺大型購物商場在酒店內，要步行10分鐘左右到另一商場購物用膳，但整體酒店良好，值得商業出差選擇。」
