the staff is great and very helpful. the location is convenient. but the building needs rework. the rooms are full of little bugs, the room has a smell like the place was flooded and it dried. the hall on the floor where i stayed smelled very humid. the breakfast buffet doesn't serve what is shown in the website photos. no Danish cake, fruits are limited to watermelon and papaya.

Very clean. Bed very comfortable with nice sheets. Powerful shower. Great hotel to stay at if transiting through Semarang, didn’t explore much of the surrounding area but seemed like good restaurants and malls nearby.

Immediately upon entering the room we noticed ants scurrying near the fridge, bathroom floor, and inner table. Videos were taken and shown to staff.

Housekeeping really needs to improve.There were some small ants on the table and in the bathroom. The towels were stained and the room smelled somewhat stale. The property is however relatively new compared to other hotels in the vicinity. The nearby Simpang Lima foodcourt is within 10 minutes walk.

First impression wasn't good because we had to wait more than 10 minutes for the elevator. There were two elevators but only one was working. Check in procedure also took a very long time because the connecting rooms I requested weren't available. Worse is the FO staff didn't admit that he was wrong, but instead, kept giving me non sense reasons such as I must call for a confirmation a day before my arrival and blah blah blah.... that made me even angrier. After that, I still have to change rooms twice before finally got 2 rooms in the same floor but quite far from each other. The rooms were quite clean but not the restroom. Towels weren't clean enough, and the drain in my room was clogged :( :(

Nice & cozy stay.

The room was neat with nice clean spacious bathroom. 24 hour gym with the view to the main street in front of hotel, decent equipments. Breakfast had western and Indonesian food options, nice sitting area (indoor and outdoor). Very friendly and helpful staff. Worth visiting again.
