「Staff was a bit nonchalant. Made us wait after check in time for a room. We had two small kids so the wait was a bit excessive. 」

The hotel allowed us to store our luggage in the kitchen so that we could go off an explore the city without our bags, which was super kind. They communicated with us regularly via Whatsapp regarding the readiness of our room so that we could return to check in early if the room became ready. 「This hotel was in a great location , close to everything. Staff was friendly and it felt super safe. I had hot water and AC and they helped with transportation from the Airport. It is a beautiful little hotel , very well taken care of. My only issue is one night I came back in and I found what looked like termites on bed (not bed bugs I definitely checked), I asked for a new blanket and replaced it since it seemed to have fallen from the wooden roof and were just laying there , the next day I...

「Great hotel in Antigua! One of the few with air conditioning which is essential in the May heat currently. Room was clean and exactly as advertised. Easy check in and check out. Parking was about a block away, so not truly on site, but it was free, which was great! Walkable to downtown. 」

「Some rooms are too near to the street and you can hear all the noise of the passing vehicles and people, which will make you hard to sleep. During my stay, things got worse as a group of drunk folks were shouting at the street at 3:00 AM and it lasted for one hour keeping me awake for the whole time. No one came and stopped these guys. So always check the room before booking it.」
