“Their A C works at 50%. Staff doesn't know to handle guests complaints and just pretend like they expect it to work fully soon - but it never did. Its a shame because the hotel is great in all other aspects.”

“The best thing about this hotel is the location but registration is in a completely different building so it's a bit complicated. The cleaning staff was great. Don't scuff or "damage" anything or you'll have to pay for it...very ridiculous standards for substandard amenities and policies. We reserved one type of room and got something completely different with a higher price tag and were told that's the best they could do so we had to pay the additional amount for smaller beds. And the beds were……

“The room are pretty old and dirty, I think they need to remodel the room specific the bathroom, not enough hot water after 15 minutes taking bath. I paid extra for the bathtub, and it was extremely dirty and old. It’s not worth to pay it for. Car park extra charge , not even can offer water inside the room being 3 stars hotel. The staff service is ok, no experience but polite . I’m not Recommend this hotel. Absolutely No for what I paid for”

“Room was great! Just beware no A/C. Our room was a little warm due to being in direct sunlight all throughout the day. Would love if the hotel had a portable fan in each room. All amenities were clean. Staff was great and had helped us with scheduling transportation.”
