Indian palace is absolutely stunning wish we had more time to relax and spend time using the amenities
It’s clean beds and beds are comfy
Highly recommend
Pros : Hotel and room were very clean. Our bed was very comfy. The bathtub in the room was awesome. Staff was polite and helpful.
Cons : The area where the hotel is located is not too exciting. Not much around in a walkable distance. The pool and spa advertised on the pictures are actually located right in the lobby. There is no way I would have felt confortable in a swimsuit in front of the reception desk and main entrance so we did not enjoy the facilities. Additionnaly, I don't think there are any pool loungers around so I'm not sure where you put down your towel and personnal belongings. It was just disapointing since we chose this hotel to relax in the facilities.
I didn’t realize the room I booked was the classic witch is super tiny no A/C no fans ; it was a hot room ; facilities and breakfast were unique !!!! And the Hotel looks like a luxury motel for me is outside the city

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service
Disliked: Amenities
The staff was great. They need to.
Update their amenities. The room was small and it wasn't much to do on the property. The location of the property was kind of far away from the main area and it was not walkable to get anywhere from the hotel. It was hard to walk places from the hotel because they did not have any sidewalks and it wasn't safe to walk. My overall state was not bad but I would not stay again. One of the great things about the facility was the staff was so nice.
Definitely one of the most beautiful hotels I have stayed in and the service is incredible. The place is immaculate with all the perfect decor and details. It feels like you are living in a luxe palace.
First of all, we were given a room in the annex of the hotel, and they offered us another room for an additional cost. The rooms smelled damp and there were bugs in the bed. When we informed the receptionist, she didn’t provide any solution. I definitely do not recommend this hotel.
Staff was very responsive and pleasant and made us feel very welcome and responded to all our needs. This property is a little bit funky if you're sensitive to design and layout. Definitely not harmonious or feng shui aligned. A couple examples: the pool is right next to the front door and check in. Feels very awkward to be in your suit while bags are being unloaded 3 feet away. The Bathroom on our suite was bigger than the bedroom with lots of extravagant marble, but there were no small hand towels, no towel hangers, and the toilet paper holder was old school industrial and there was a commercial paper towel dispenser by the sinks. There also is no AC and the rooms get stuffy, so you have to be ok with fans. And the food menu is less than basic and definitely not Indian. The restaurant is almost in the downstairs hall and room suite, there are no cushions on the chairs which are very straight and rigid, and you can only get a glass of wine after 5pm when the bartender arrives. I ordered some vino blanco and she had to bring some from outside. BUT, the staff was very responsive, just couldn't accomodate some of the asks. Overall it feels like someone dropped a ton of cash to build something unique, but doesn't understand luxury or service. If you want a comfortable place to relax and feel pampered this isn't it. If you want a unique architectural and cultural experience this might be your spot.
The most beautiful room I’ve ever stayed in, the staff was excellent and was in a very safe area! I will most definitely stay there again the next time I go to Guatemala
Es un hotel muy bonito con finos detalles, lo único que no me gustó es que la piscina no estaba temperada y fue imposible meternos por el frío de la misma. Todo lo demás muy bien, su personal es muy amable
