「My family and I stayed here and it was amazing! The hospitality is top notch, as are the facilities. The room we had was spacious, beautiful and comfortable. I loved the bed and hot shower. It rained the day we were there, so we didn't get to explore much of the city, but we took advantage of the on-site museums with the kids and had a great time. We also explored the hotel because it is just gorgeous with beautiful views of the mountains and volcano.」
