Staff provided easy and clear instructions to get into the property as well as some information for what's nearby for food and breakfast etc. Everything was clean, comfortable and cosy. "

"The property had some good qualities such as the keyless entry and the location was great. The room was clean but small. Some things we noticed was that the sheets were never changed, the towels were very worn and needed upgrading., soaps and shampoo at a minimum. Wifi was very poor."

"We stayed in the Junior Suite in the city center and were very disappointed with our experience. Upon arrival, it was immediately obvious that the bathroom was in desperate need of a deep clean. Cobwebs were everywhere, and as shown in the photos, the shower had clearly seen much better days. Given its condition, I would not have felt comfortable stepping into the bathtub at all. "トリノの駅から徒歩でもとても近くでとても便利な場所でした。ただ、部屋の管理者は常駐せず暗証番号で施設に入るやり方でした。管理者とはたまたま近くのバールで施設の場所を聞いたらそこにいたため会えましたが、もしそこで会えなかったら施設に入るのに苦労していたかもしれません。部屋はこざっぱりしていてとても良かったです。"
