「I was very disappointed during my stay at this hotel. When we checked in, the front desk receptionist had a very poor service attitude. It was already 11:30 pm when we arrived at the hotel, and we wanted to check in and rest immediately. However, the room arranged by the front desk was not the one I had originally booked. They assigned me to room 115, which had a bad smell and a very dirty bathroom. I said you didn't want that room, but the front desk receptionist said there were no other rooms...

「Amazing room, wonderful staff, wines were excellent. Will be visiting again!」

「House is blocks away from Rogue Creamery and Coquette Bakery, centrally located to explore wineries on Rte 238, farmers markets in Medford and Ashland. The kitchen is very well equipped, supermarkets like Albertson's and Market of Choice are close by, we cooked every night.」

「This property is truly a top-tier stay. It is exceptionally quiet, incredibly spacious, and thoughtfully designed to accommodate groups of all sizes. The home was spotless upon arrival and fully stocked with everything we needed, from a well-equipped kitchen to plenty of seating, linens, and other conveniences that made our stay comfortable and stress-free.」

「Great vrbo for the price and for a cozy, laid back stay.」

「We had a fantastic stay over the weekend for a ladies trip! Melissa was super responsive, the pool was awesome to chill at and the location was perfect. We did a night at the Britt Festival, a day of shopping in Jacksonville and then just hung on the property. We would definitely stay here again!」

「Perfect set up for our large group in town to attend a wedding - it was clean and spacious. We appreciated the private pool area as well as the convenience of being able to pop over to the winery's restaurant for lunch (made it simple since with nine adults and a baby, it kept things low stress to have food literally at our doorstep). The host was quick to respond and even allowed us to drop off things early (big help for our multiple airport pick-ups). 」

「Apparently my prior review was too discriptive. So I've been asked to revise it. As an experienced renter my goal is to be completely honest. Just as I am when leaving all "excellent" reviews for owners. So, without being untruthful for possible future renters to be, I'll just say I was dissatisfied with the communication during times of needed attention to the property I was renting. Communication turnaround time was unacceptable. The property's views and driveway were absolutely beautiful...

「We felt like we traveled back in time while relaxing on the historic, beautiful property but got to keep all of the conveniences of modern day!Would recommend this home to anyone looking for a quiet, relaxing time in a great location! 」

「The host was easy to talk to and was very responsive. The home and the ADU was immaculately clean and oh so comfortable!! The home and the ADU had everything we needed during the entirety of our stay. It was a family friendly home with a ton of extra touches, such as blackout curtains, sheer privacy curtains, dog toys, books, games and a covered carport to keep our car from being super hot. We loved the park across the street and being able to walk everywhere from the home. We will be staying...
