“Lovely stay. My adult son and I enjoyed our week long stay here, great hospitality from all the staff. Thank you Yanti, Made and Kadek. Clean and safe, close to everything we needed and they were happy to organise drivers for day trips. Davey was also fantastic giving us plenty to do and spent over 12 hrs with us. 2 bedroom and 4 bedroom options or have both for a bigger group with the interconnecting gate. ”

“The people that work here are amazing great and friendly. The only downside of this property, especially the single bedroom (music room) is that there are bars and clubs nearby so it could be a little loud at night due to the room being closer to the road. otherwise great place!!!”

“Had six nights stay as part of a 3 week holiday. Large villa, excellent location, and although right in the middle of the hussle and bussle of Seminyak quite peaceful. Very clean, well equipped with comfortable beds and lovely pool area. ”

“Perfect location, just a short walk to Bintang Supermarket & close to Seminyak & double six beach. Welcoming & friendly staff. Great choice of breakfast & it was delicious. I tried a different meal each morning & loved it. My one bedroom villa's location was a little noisy due to being near the kitchen where scooters are parked & could hear the person talking in the next villa & their tv. But I am a light sleeper so may not effect others. But in saying that I would definitely stay here again.……

“The staff were beautiful and helpful. 10 min walk to the beach. Great eateries close by and Bintang Supermarket is a 5 min walk. The villa was ok. The fridge was Cold. When it rained, everything in the kitchen got wet. There was water leaking on the back wall into the dining room area. Making it quite dangerous to walk. The upper shower faced outwards towards the flooring, we asked for it to be fixed. It was replaced, however still did the thing. I put our dirty towels on floor to be washed,……

“Close to the main street, (Seminyak street) easy to reach all the shops/restaurant/bars by walking, which is very important for family like us with 2 kids in age 5 & 1.5. Staff are super friendly and nice, including the front desk, room service, driver. We've also ordered food and massage from the hotel, price are very reasonable. Overall,we had a 5 star experience in JAS, sure will come back again for another family trip.”

“when enter the room , the smell is a bit humid however the balcony has the pool view ! its relaxing ! also you can borrow umbrella and hair dryer from the front desk”
