Dhriya from reception and Vaishnavi, our floor manager ensured that check-in was as smooth as possible, and the personal touches they arranged made our wedding anniversary a memorable experience. The food, cleanliness, and customer service are second to none, and we will be returning whenever we visit Mumbai. Shreyas in the poolside dining area also made our final breakfast extra special by arranging a cake for us. "
