「Not a good hotel for that amount, terrible experience 」

「The room was nothing like the photos. I wish the photos given for the room was more realistic. That said the room was functional. The shower worked fine and had plenty of hot water. The bed was reasonably comfortable. It had a small but functional TV, the fridge did not work. We checked in at 4am and it took the front room staff a long time to verify our booking even after showing hum a print out and online verification of our booking. Ram took care of our luggage and was very friendly and...

「Hotel is good and clean. Staff was okay. But my room key card was broken and i asked for change the room. but She said there is no other room available. Room was in the corner and very conjusted , no window. Although there was rooms available in the hotel. So I didn't like that thought , its a very obivious thing that we can ask for a change of room if we want. but it was like only this is available. 」
